This major infrastructure package was delivered by T Vaughan Ltd across a 65,000m² site and involved extensive enabling, civil, and structural works. As principal contractor, we took on full responsibility for site preparation, drainage systems, utility services, and structural foundations for both a new petrol station and associated retail space. Our team delivered the works on a live, multi-phase site while coordinating with other trades to maintain programme targets and minimise disruption. Our expertise in large-scale groundworks and service infrastructure enabled us to manage substantial cut and fill operations, install extensive foul and storm drainage systems, and execute complex yard works to a high standard of quality and efficiency.
