Key Duties & Full Role Description:
- Work to maintain health and safety awareness at all levels within the organisation to an exceptional standard and ensure that all sites always maintain safe working practices.
- Manage the provision of labour and plant across live projects
- Working alongside the commercial team on live projects and ongoing tenders.
- Compiling method statements and risk assessments for new works and reviewing sub–contractor’s method statements for upcoming works.
- To maintain client relations including the attendance of site meetings to grow and maintain new and existing relationships.
- To produce and review programmes for projects.
- Communicating with the commercial team to track progress to allow monies to be claimed
Person Specification:
- At least 3 years’ experience in contracts management of Groundworks and RC Frame projects.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Self-motivated and with a high level of professionalism.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Be able to work efficiently in a team as well on their own.

- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and digitally competent.
- Self-motivated and with a high level of professionalism.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Experience / Licenses:
