T Vaughan Ltd delivered a comprehensive enabling and excavation package on this technically complex site. Our scope involved the cut and fill of over 200,000m³ of concrete and bedrock material, all processed and reused in accordance with the Project MMP, TVL Micro MMP, and the CLAIRE Plan. We also led the demolition of 60,000m³ of in-ground concrete, processed into 6F2 aggregate for reuse. The excavation of a 50,000m³ waste bunker was executed in three carefully staged phases, each requiring specialist dewatering to lower the water table. Our team managed the full project lifecycle—from early-stage enabling works to the delivery of structural and utility infrastructure.
- Excavation, processing, and reuse of 200,000m³ of material
- Demolition and crushing of 60,000m³ of concrete for 6F2 aggregate
- Complex 3-stage dewatering and waste bunker excavation
- Full drainage package incl. foul & storm systems with cesspool
