Seething Wells Halls Of Residence
This project showcased our ability to deliver complex infrastructure works on a highly sensitive site spread across 8,500m², serving a new student accommodation development. Our team successfully implemented an integrated drainage scheme incorporating both foul and storm systems, which included a 26m³ attenuation tank and an 18m³ foul pumping station. The presence of listed structures and underground heritage features made this a particularly challenging project — one that demonstrated our precision, adaptability and respect for historical constraints.
- Comprehensive drainage installation, including deep foul and stormwater systems
- 26m³ attenuation tank and 18m³ foul pumping station successfully installed
- Vacuum excavation deployed in sensitive, congested areas for added safety
- 8,000m of service ducting laid: BT, Electric (UKPN), Data, and Fire
- Advanced temporary works systems including trench boxes and sheeting
- Careful bridging solutions over heritage tunnels and Grade II listed zones
