This project marked the start of a significant development, where our team was tasked with delivering extensive enabling and basement works across a technically challenging site. With a strong emphasis on phasing, sequencing, and efficient material reuse, we executed a complex scope that laid the groundwork for the structure to follow. Our forward-planning, high daily output, and adaptive on-site logistics set this scheme apart.
- Full enabling works including entrance formation, welfare foundations, and safe exposure of existing services
- Site clearance of paving, kerbs, vegetation, rubble and trees to prepare for major excavation
- Pile probing and installation of contiguous piled wall and capping beam spanning 550 metres
- Crushing and recycling of 3000m³ site-won materials for mat formation and haulage roads
- Phased double basement bulk excavation supporting piling and tower crane sequences
- Installation of full drainage system including foul and storm networks with interceptors and pump stations
