• Access road for deliveries/muck away was tight.
• Access issues to higher floors therefore mobile crane, telehandler and loading platforms required.
• Challenging weather conditions during winter months.
• Noise restrictions due to residential area.

Demo, site clearance and piling attendance.
Ground beams and structural slabs to steel frame structure.
Foul and storm water drainage including attenuation tank
Paving to private gardens, pavements, etc.
Proposed service routes incl. Gas, Electric, Water, BT, etc.
